Human Resource Co-ordinator

A well-established organisation in the Garden Route area requires the skills of a Human Resource co-ordinator.

The HR Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

Recruitment
Orientation and induction of new employees
Monitoring of new employees in the probationary period
Performance management
Training and Development
Handle disciplinary issues
Handle Grievances
Termination Processes
General HR administration including staff benefits, employee documents, etc.

Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource management or any related field such as Labour Relations or Industrial Psychology
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
Own Transport
