A great opportunity exists for an experienced conveyancing secretary to join a law firm based in Sedgefield.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must be able to work totally independently and handle his / her own finances on a transaction. He/she will be required to handle a property transfer from receipt of purchase agreement to completion of the finance on a transaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 Years’ practical experience of real estate conveyancing, which includes estate transfers and conventional transfers. Knowledge of Sectional Title transfers will be an advantage.
  • A tertiary qualification will be beneficial
  • A good knowledge of Lexis Convey (formerly known as GhostConvey) is a non-negotiable prerequisite
  • Fully Computer Literate
  • Own Transport
